My Experience & Achievement

  • I received a diploma in Personal Training from the National Personal Training Institute.
  • I have been recognized as a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Strength Conditioning Specialist by the NSCA (National Strength Conditioning Association).
  • I am also certified as a Corrective Exercise Specialist by NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine).
  • I also hold a bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Phoenix and an MBA in Management from Golden Gate University of San Francisco, CA.

Individualized programs are designed specifically for each client based on goals, current abilities, and the client screening/evaluation results. I provide each client with the knowledge and training needed to effectively achieve their personal fitness and wellness goals through exercise and nutrition. Programs are customized for short, mid, and long-term goals.

Your progress is tracked regularly, and adjustments to your program activities to avoid boredom and plateaus. I also retest periodically to ensure clients are on track to meet their goals. I teach you how to achieve your goals while having fun.
