Most weight loss approaches stress points or calories, carbs, and fats and doesn't focus on the individual and their personal needs. The ability to achieve and maintain ideal body fat is largely genetic. So no one food plan works for everyone. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun, and free of denial, deprivation, and discipline.
