Though positive in approach and attitude, excuses will not be accepted. Together we will examine and explore how to remove barriers to your success. I do more than just count reps; I motivate you, advise you, and educate you.

Your safety is of the utmost importance, so I focus on Proper Form, Posture, and Technique to prevent injuries such as muscle strains and sprains. This focus also ensures maximum benefit from each exercise and stimulates your metabolism effectively.

Personal Training for Everyone

You are never "too old", "too young," or "too out of shape" to begin a personal training program, especially when it is under the guidance of your trainer. For children and teenagers, the goals of the child and the parents determine which program is the best fit.

Try working with a trainer that works around your schedule and your goals, so you get the most out of your workouts and your time. Sport Specific

My experience in developing periodization programs to increase sport-specific strength, agility, and speed can help any athlete improve their game.

Based on your goals, I develop a sport-specific profile quantifying all demands of the sport as well as the position. To ensure a thorough program is developed, I identify common injuries for the sport, so your program includes specific injury prevention exercises. Your current functional capacity, reaction time, and strength are the baseline for the development of a rocking periodization program. Whether you are a tennis player, a basketball player, a hockey player, or an individual who wants to get back into shape for that "pickup basketball game", I can help you make the grade.

Youth Training

Fitness is always about building a positive self-image and self-esteem. In a world where children are bombarded with media defining 'beautiful', it is important for us to help them build healthy body images.

For many children, athletics is a place to release anxiety and stress. For others, fitness helps children succeed later in life by setting goals and attaining them.

My Approach to Wellness

At Body Blueprints, I offer a unique approach to wellness, athletics, and fitness. My programs engage balance, coordination, speed, agility, plyometrics, and utilizing body weight. I've worked with teenagers looking to increase their run times for team sports, increase pitching speed, make varsity sports teams, and have educated Moms of obese children and teenagers on how to incorporate fun and fitness into daily routines. My priority is to cater to each specific client's need.
